Q. How can I be sure that BHM will be able to rent out my property on my behalf? A. BHM, who has been entrusted with the day to day administration and marketing of the Estate, was founded in 2001 to operate villas highest standards and achieve the highest possible occupancies for villas within their portfolio. They work with an extensive network of over 100 booking agents worldwide offering villas into numerous markets and have a proven track record. We are confident that the physical infrastructure, sophisticated architecture, luxurious amenities, stunning location and outstanding facilities of Pantai Selatan, combined with an exemplary standard of service will meet the requirements of the most discerning travellers. It also should be noted that while each villa in the Estate will be independently attractive for rental. The Estate as a whole, with high minimum standards for each luxury bedroom within it, and its dedicated conference and event facilities offer has been designed to be attractive to the extensive wedding and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) market – something that individual villas cannot address properly. Q. What kind of weather can I expect at Pantai Selatan? A. A tropical, equatorial climate means year-round balmy temperatures, and even in the rainy season, The Bukit is much drier than the rest of the island and has less rainfall. When the southeast trade winds blow offshore and the southern ocean swells hit the reefs, the barrelling surf breaks are among the best in the world. When the waves are calm and the tide is full, turtles and sea cows can be seen swimming in the crystal waters close to the shore. The only other activity is seaweed farming, still traditionally practiced by the original Balinese coastal families. |
